Ai Pet Memories is built around private photo handling, secure Stripe checkout, and a calmer customer experience. We only collect the information needed to support your order and communicate with you about it.
What we collect
Only the information needed to fulfil your order.
That may include your name, email address, uploaded pet photos, order notes, package choice, and other details you provide while ordering. This information helps us review your materials and deliver your finished video properly.
How it is used
To create, review, deliver, and support your order.
We use your information to process payment, review your uploaded materials, contact you if we need better photos or clarification, and deliver the finished order. We only use finished videos, photos, or customer details for public examples, promotional material, or marketing emails when you choose an optional permission for that purpose.

We use order details, pet photos, and production notes because they are needed to provide the service you ask us to create. We keep basic order and payment records for legitimate business, accounting, support, and fraud-prevention reasons. Optional public examples, public memorial placement, and marketing emails rely on your separate opt-in choice.
Retention
How long we keep order materials.
We keep order records for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, accounting, and legal record keeping. Uploaded photos, generated previews, voice files, and finished videos are kept only while needed for production, delivery, support, and any optional public placement you choose. You can ask us to delete order media after delivery, subject to any records we must keep for payment, tax, legal, or dispute reasons.
Service providers
Who helps us provide the service.
We use trusted service providers for website hosting, email, payment processing, file storage or sync, video hosting, and production tools. Depending on the order, this may include Stripe for payment, video hosting providers such as Vimeo or YouTube for delivery or optional public placement, and AI or voice tools used to prepare previews, tribute text, narration, or visuals. We only share what is needed to complete the relevant task.
International processing
Some providers may process data outside your country.
Some of the providers we use may process information in countries outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where this happens, we expect providers to use appropriate safeguards for international processing.
Secure payments
Payment information is handled through Stripe rather than stored directly by the site.

If we need anything before production begins, we will contact you by email using the details attached to your order.

Public examples are optional
Public YouTube placement, public examples, and promotional use are separate optional choices. They are not required to place an order, and private delivery remains available by default.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle privacy, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. UK customers may also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
