You can upload 1 to 5 favourite photos of your pet through the order form. Clear, well-lit images where your pet is alone as much as possible usually work best. Avoid photos with other pets, and try to use photos where your pet is close to the same age.

Yes. Memory Films are for pets who are still with you. Memorial Tribute Films are for pets you are remembering.

Memory Films are calm, present-tense keepsakes with no voiceover. Memorial Tribute Films include a spoken tribute created from your memories or written by you, plus tribute-style start and end cards. Only Memorial Tribute Films include voiceover.

You can currently choose either a 5-minute film or a 1-hour film.

Yes. Orders are placed through secure Stripe checkout, so you can complete payment with clear pricing and familiar payment handling.

No. Ordering is guest-first. You can place an order and track progress without creating a password or account.

No. Checkout is kept simple. After payment, your private order page is used for review steps such as choosing from prepared visual options and, for Memorial Tribute Films, reviewing or approving the tribute text before narration.

No. Ai Pet Memories videos are produced from the still photos you upload. Those images are used to create a peaceful resting scene with subtle, realistic motion.

A person reviews your order and uploaded photos before production begins. We prepare visual options from your photos, then you get a chance to review them and select the start/end image direction that feels right. For Memorial Tribute Films, you can also edit or approve the tribute text before final narration is created.

Yes. After checkout, we prepare a small set of visual options from your submitted photos. You choose the one you want us to build from, and production continues from that approved direction.

Yes. Memorial Tribute customers can review and edit the tribute text on the private order page. The final narration is not created until the tribute text has been approved.

Production is careful rather than instant. Most orders are reviewed and delivered within 3 to 5 days, depending on photo quality and current demand.

Finished videos are delivered through a private Ai Pet Memories viewing page, where you can watch on page and use the download link if one has been prepared. Memorial Tribute customers can also choose optional public placement on the Ai Pet Memories memorial channel.

Yes. Public memorial placement is optional. If you choose it, your finished Memorial Tribute Film may be added to the Ai Pet Memories YouTube memorial channel so family and friends can watch, share, and remember your pet. Private delivery is always available and selected by default.

Your photos are treated as private order materials. They are used to create your video and are not shared publicly as part of your order unless you explicitly opt in.
